Jenna ’24

In high school, Jenna loved volunteer work and singing, and her chorus teacher recommended Music Therapy. She says when she came to Westfield, everyone was welcoming and friendly. She enjoys her Music Therapy classes because they're small and personable.

Amber ’22

Amber focused her research on an invasive species: the winged burning bush. She says she didn’t expect to do this kind of research on this level when she was just starting. “CURCA has given me the time, funding, and resources I need.”

Thalita ’21

Thalita says that when she first toured Westfield State, she felt at home; she didn’t want to go anywhere else. She chose criminal justice for her degree because she says she knew things within the field needed to change.

I worked directly with immigration services through my internship (in Washington, D.C.). This direct exposure has impacted my career trajectory.”
